The menus proposed by our chefs combine the flavors of the territory and of the Piedmontese tradition with fine creative and innovative recipes.
The ingredients are carefully selected according to their origins, freshness and genuineness, which are fundamentals to serve high-quality dishes.
Our menu is available in Italian, English, French and German.
The attention to specific food diets has always been one of the pillars of our philosophy. Especially in relation to "gluten-free": around 90% of our menu proposals are free of gluten and certified by the A.I.C (Italian Celiac Association).
We want to promote wellness without sacrificing taste.
The pizza, one of the most appreciated dishes, is proposed in several varieties and prepared with "zero km" ingredients selected directly from local producers.
